carter eats is my #1 hobby and joy. I spend too much time in the kitchen — and too much money on ingredients. The world around me is constantly inspiring me and I love to learn to bake new things and test my skills with my trusty KitchenAid at my side. I hope my friends and family don’t mind the leftovers I dig out of my freezer or pass off onto them post-Coffee House.
